Qualifications

Participants must be:

• An individual belonging to a club which registered with the NF in each AASF member country.
• Actual age of more than 18 years old as of December 31, 2018.

Entry restrictions

Competitors may enter a maximum of ten individual events but not more than two individual events per day. The entry time for individual event must not exceed the Qualifying Standard Time which is set and attached hereto.

FINA official record

The records of individual events established by individuals in 18 years age group and these of relay events by relay teams including a member of less than 25 years old (excluding 25 years old) are not recognized as a FINA official record as there is no 18-24 age group in FINA Masters Rules.

Qualifying Standard Time

Competitors to apply for any 200m and 400m event should be capable to swim within the Qualifying Standard Time. In case that the actual record for 200m and 400m exceeded the Qualifying Standard Time, the actual record will not be approved and registered as an official record.

Participation to relay events

Competitors who applied for an individual event of the Championships are entitled to participate in relay events, provided however that the entry for relay event is applied from the same club as the competitors registered with.

  Log-in to the home page and apply for entry events (From Thursday, March 1, 2018 at 10:00 Japan time)

  Proceed to the payment by credit card. ※Once you apply, you cannot cancel the application in any case.

  After the application has been completed, the confirmation will be e-mailed to the Applicant.
• Application Period
  The application will start on Thursday, March 1, 2018 at 10:00 Japan time and will close on Thursday, May 24, 2018 at 17:00 Japan Time.
  Please make sure that the application made after May 24, 2018 at 17:00 Japan time is not accepted by any means.

Application Confirmation

Starting List will be published on home page of Japan Masters Swimming Association, scheduledly on Sunday June 18, 2018. Should any error be found in the Starting List, please inform the Association of the error by Friday June 22, 2018, by email.
